LynB Designs: Stardust Shimmers (Pt 2) & a Birthday Polish

First, let's look at the birthday polish made for LaTannya's B-Day:
Birthday Love- bright pink/red base with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer




Caught the Wind in a Kite of Dreams- bright blue jelly base with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer




Wholly Free and Amongst the Stars- muted peachy base with intense purple to blue shifting shimmer. If you loved the March PPU, you might like this one too! It is Shag's sassy little sister.




Kiss the Sun, Fight the Fire- juicy berry base with red to orange to green shifting shimmer




Dream Forever In Your Wonder- forest green with green to blue shifting shimmer




Sorrows of the Earth- warm toned brown base with purple to red to pink shifting shimmer. In Jennalyn's facebook fan group each month I do a sneak peek swatch ahead of my review. For this month, I just couldn't decide so I turned to the fans to vote. Based on bottle shots alone, this was the winner! If you're not yet in the facebook group, you should join! Shown in three coats, beautiful formula as are all of these.




Even Broken Bells Will Ring- pastel aqua base with green to blue shifting shimmer




Frozen Light Like Falling Snow- pastel lavender base with strong blue shimmer




Flames Glowing Bright as the Sun- searing red orange sheer but buildable base with green to blue to purple shifting shimmer




Every Glow in the Twilight Knows- midnight blue with blue to purple shifting shimmer. This one is a bit sheer and I have a dark vnl which, to me, is highlighted by royal blues so I used three coats for photos here. I swatched without reading the description first, so I missed the purple shift. Never fear though! Candace at polished.flatline on IG is a boss at capturing shift! If her swatches aren't up yet, keep checking!



All of my swatches are shown in two thick coats with topcoat unless otherwise stated. All photography uses a neutral color temperature bulb and white background with white bounce card. My nails are natural with no enhancements or use of blurring/cream base, I do have a fairly prominent VNL with dividing line.

Hella Handmade Creations: May 2024

LynB Designs: Foxy Llama
Deep blue base with pink to green shifting magnetic pull and added holo flakies, cap of 150

I did magnetize the swatches with a bar magnet, diagonally across the nail; however, the effect does not show well in photos due to the super shifty shimmer that makes up the magnetic effect. The polish is gorgeous and even without magnetizing it looks great. Shown in 3 coats with topcoat.


All of my swatches are shown in two thick coats with topcoat unless otherwise stated. All photography uses a neutral color temperatue bulb and white background with white bounce card. My nails are natural with no enhancements or use of blurring/cream base, I do have a fairly prominent VNL with dividing line.

LynB Designs: Existence Is Terrifying
An electric berry base with blue to purple shifting shimmer- inspired by the Strange Planet cartoons. Fantastic formula and wow! What a shade!




KBShimmer: Has A Nice Ring To It – No Cap
Has A Nice Ring To It is a periwinkle-leaning blue polish loaded with colorful shifting shimmer. The shift travels between shades of warm pink to golden yellow and muted peach tones. Some angles bring out subtle hints of lime. Inspired by photos of Saturn taken with ultraviolet light. So soft, yet shifty - loving it!




Shown over LynB Quoth The Raven, a black cream polish.



KBShimmer: Bird Of Paradise Hand & Body Scrub – No Cap
Inspired by exotic plants. The welcoming scent of pink jasmine warmly envelopes the senses, while undertones of earthy musk amplify notes of juicy strawberry, pomegranate, and creamy vanilla. This wonderfully complex scrub is colored with swirls of orange, purple, and red awash in a creamy natural base color.

PLEASE NOTE: During warmer weather, the oils can separate and settle in the jar; this will not harm your scrub. Just stir before using to combine any oils that settle on top. Scrubs are packed by weight, not volume. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

I found the scent to be very fruit forward and sweet which was a very nice surprise! I really love fruit and do not care at all for Jasmine but I love this scent!
