Bottle shots anyone? I was so excited when these glowed under my black light, that I squealed out loud!
And then, I had to do a watermarble!
I used one coat of I'm So Sweet for my base.
And of course, immediately put it under a blacklight!

Will you be getting the Neon Brights? Tonic plans to keep all these new items in stock through the end of the summer and possibly into fall.
