For February Tonic brings us four varying shades of raspberry with shifty shimmer and flake and three magnetic polishes, available now.
Clap Your Hands (Magnetic)
Appears to be a metallic plum with tiny sparkly shimmers. Magnetizing transforms it into a veritable rainbow of peach-gold-green-aqua-blue shifting shimmer in a blackened plum base with a fuchsia-purple-peach shifting magnetic contrast
Juice Box Chaser
Developed after a prototype from Tonic's proto sale that received a lot of attention in their fan group. JBC is a bright purple cream with a strong coral pink-peach-yellow-green shifting shimmer.
Koi Pond (Magnetic)
Equally stunning magnetized or not. It starts as a multi-dimensional teal-aqua-purple-orange-yellow shifting base with red-orange-yellow shifting multichrome flakes and when magnetized reveals a glowing indigo shimmer background with green-blue-purple-pink magnetic contrast, both of which accentuate the red multichrome flakes
My Magic Wine
A burgundy wine base with orangey-gold-emerald shifting shimmer and a light scattering of iridescent flakes. Lindsey describes this shade as “Stealth Magic”, it may look like a basic, safe burgundy to someone across the room, but up close the shimmers and flakes react with the wine base to create mini glowing rainbows of color
Pure Imagination
Another “Stealth Magic” color, full of secret rainbows and surprises. Based on an original prototype for the Tonic fairy queen color Titania, it has an orchid toned base with TONS of peach-yellow-green-aqua shifting shimmer and a sprinkle of iridescent flakes! This may look like a “safe” color to the casual observer, but to the discerning eye it is packed full of rainbows, creativity, and depth
No topcoat used for these photos.
Sing Your Life (Magnetic)
Appears to be a metallic slate blue with tiny coral shimmers until magnetized. This polish transforms to a coral red-peach-green shifter in a blackened base with a blue-purple-peach magnetic contrast
Sylveon
Contains tons of coral-peach-yellow-green shifting shimmer in a matte base with a hint of soft, muted purpley-mauve base. Naturally matte, but looks great glossy with Tonic Topper.
Sylveon with glossy topcoat
Each polish is shown in two coats with glossy topcoat unless noted otherwise. The formula for each of them was good and the squared off flat brush makes application a breeze.
Which ones will you pick up?
