Victoria also sent her matte topcoat to me. It is called Matterial Girl and I tried it out on this polish and now it looks like a green quartz or granite of some kind!
Shown in photos is two coats, perfect formula and I can't do a Blush review without mentioning their super soft fan brush! Blush was the very first and only indie brand to offer this brush for several years. I'm super happy that is becoming more widely available!
