I Lava You! - Blush holo with ultra holo glitter.






E Komo Mai - Lavender crelly with iridescent flakies and ultra holo glitter.





Each polish applied easily with very little clean up. I recommend the foil method for removal of I Lava You! andn EKomo Mai unless worn with a peel off base. All three polishes are so beautiful it is impossible for me to choose a favorite.

a charcoal grey base (signifying equality, a mix of black and white) with strong blue shimmer (signifying freedom, defiance and strength) with blue to turquoise (signifying brother and sisterhood, humanism, justice and independence) shifting flake. I wore 2 coats for photos, formula was good no issues to report.

Great Lakes Lacquer A Caged Bird Sings
Inspired by a Maya Angelou poem
A dewy, dusty pale green turquoise to seafoam and vanilla, filled with holo microflake and a blue to fuschia to purple to gold shifting aurora shimmer. $1/bottle will go to benefit the Southern Poverty Law Center. I wore 3 coats for photos, formula was good no issues to report.

Lollipop Posse My Heart is Like the Ocean
Inspired by Tori Amos, and her song "Take to the Sky"
a teal creme base with pink Aurora shimmer, pink/green multichrome shimmer, and linear holo pigment. $1 from every bottle sold of 'My Heart is Like the Ocean' to RAINN. I wore 2 coats for photos, formula was good no issues to report.

Native War Paints Audrey
a tri-thermal which shifts from purple to dark blue to light blue along with copper to green unicorn pee and copper shimmer. Because my nails are super short, I dunk them in ice water and quickly take the photo, thus, the third shade doesn't show well on my nails but I have seen the effect on those with much longer nails than mine. I wore 2 coats for photos, formula was good no issues to report.

Girly Bits: November COTM Duo

Girly Bits brings us the color of the month duo for November, a crelly flaked cobalt and sparkle packed glitter. These are available November 1 through December 1 at the Girly Bits website. These polishes are 5 free, cruelty free, and vegan friendly!



Winter Whiplash is a rich blue jelly base loaded with unicorn type aurora shimmer in copper-green, and a sprinkling of micro-glitter in copper and blue.

The cobalt base is such a vibrant blue and is opaque in two coats. I enjoy the flake colors within it. Shown is two coats, formula was fantastic.






Turning a New Leaf is a mix of multi-chrome flakes in orange-copper-gold, and blue-turquoise, plus a heavy helping of holographic gold micro-glitter, and aurora shimmer in purple-copper-green.

It is like a party on your nails! As my nails move through different lighting, the holo sparks pop along with a variety of bright colors. The perfect companion for Winter Whiplash! Shown is two coats, formula was fantastic.






When I first saw these I was immediately inspired to do a glitter gradient, they're perfect with each other!

Families Are A Blessing – This is an olive green crelly loaded with assorted red, orange,lime and brown holo glitters with a touch of holo sparkle






Give Thanks – This is a light tan crelly with red matte glitter, silver micro shreds and taupe micro flakies






Count Your Blessings – This is a dark rose red scattered holo crelly with gold shimmer, and assorted yellow, brown, orange and red glitters.






Let’s Eat! – This is a white crelly with gold shimmer, green/gold/orange ucc flakies, and assorted red, brown and orange glitters.

All four polishes have fantastic formulas, easy application and all but Let's Eat were opaque in two coats. The glitter element is light, so I expect these are easier to remove as compared to a glitter bomb type of polish.
