Heather from Heather's Hues has created a vibrant blue for the for Hella Handmade Creations (HHC) April launch which will be available on the Hella Handmade Creations website April 14th - 21st.

A dusty blue holo with pink/violet/green shifting aurora shimmer, ruby red and purple metallic flakes, holo flakes, as well as teal/navy/violet and green/purple/pink multichrome flakes.





I wore two creamy coats of this vibrant blue. This shade would be perfect for a patriotic mani! Formula was smooth and application buttery. :)
