Different Dimension Tradition is an otherworldy supermassive linear holo. I'm not joking around folks. If you want strong holo, this is the one. :)
I purchased this a while back, but I'm happy to see that it's still available in her shop.
Missi describes Tradition as an apricot leaning nude metallic holographic polish with added shimmers. I'd call it rose gold - it has both rosy tones and golden tones at varying angles, almost multichromatic.
I wore two coats with topcoat, the formula was fantastically easy to apply and it wore like iron on me. If this floats your boat, check out other poslihes in her shop. There's heaps of beauties for the taking!

Road to Polish Con:Week 8
Unable to attend Polish Con NYC 2017?
Never fear! The creators and vendors of the event got together and are creating polishes available for sale to everyone before the Con! How cool is that? The releases are done weekly on Sundays at 8am Central.
This week's launch will feature week 8 polishes from Girly Bits and Noodles Nail Polish.
Budget? Fuggedaboudit! is a rich grape purple with a loads of copper to gold shifting flakes, and holo flakes. I used 2 coats and top coat for photos. The formula was slightly textured, but easily smoothed and removed afterward.
Near, Far, Wherever You Are is a pale barely turquoise crelly base with gold, rose gold/coppery and silver micro and small glitter. I used 2 coats and top coat for these photos. The formula was smooth, covered well (no streaking) and I recommend the foil method or using a peel off base coat for most efficient removal. This was the first time I've tried Noodles polish, and I really like the brand so far.

Literary Lacquers: February Pop Up
Literary Lacquers took a brief break and has transformed her business plan to do monthly 'pop up' style shops. With that, the plan is to rotate several core colors along with a few new colors each month. Two new shades will debut on February 4, which I've reviewed below. In addition to these two polishes, the following core shades will be stocked: Desdemona's Handkerchief, Bluestocking Romance, Cyan-tifically Proven, Salmon Chanted Evening, Breathing Dreams Like Air and If Thou Hast Eyes to See.
The Happy Prince: Sparkling sapphire blue crelly with a subtle pink shimmer. Designed with Jennifer Sky Walker to celebrate her 5th blogiversary. The Happy Prince is inspired by the Oscar Wilde story of the same name. It tells the tale of a gilded statue with sapphires for eyes and a ruby in the hilt of his sword, the Happy Prince, who convinces a swallow to… well… you should just read it for yourselves. Have tissues.
Since it is a jelly, I wore three thin coats for opacity. The formula is easy to apply and slightly textured from the micro-glitters in it.
“Hope” Is the Thing with Feathers: Pink amethyst linear holo with blue shimmer.
Amy shares some insight about this polish, "Personally, I have been in need of a little hope to get me through these last few months. I created this polish to cheer myself up, and I hope that it will breathe a little fresh air into each of your lives as well. It’s inspired by the poem “Hope” is the thing with feathers, by Emily Dickinson."
Absolutely stunning! The blue shimmer really shows and flashes through the holo, together the pink base and flashes of blue appear like a purpley polish. I wore two buttery smooth coats and topcoat.
Amy's formula wears like iron on me, and these polishes are no exception. If you've not tried LitLaq before, you totally should!

Road to Polish Con: Week 7
Unable to attend Polish Con NYC 2017?
Never fear! The creators and vendors of the event got together and are creating polishes available for sale to everyone before the Con! How cool is that? The releases are done weekly on Sundays at 8am Central.
This week's launch will feature week 7 polishes from KBShimmer and Flirtin.
Big Apple Of My Eye. This polish is a squishy jelly red polish filled with holo and red micro metallic glitter. Formula was easy to apply and dries with a slight texture, I wore two coats with topcoat to smooth and just look at that squishiness!
I failed to use a base coat with this swatch and noticed an ever so slight, almost negligable pinkness upon removal of the polish, so be sure to wear a base coat if you care about that.
Pinking of You is is a soft pink with an almost opalescent type sheen to it. It contains red microglitters as well as small silver holographic glitters. This one is just in time for Valentine's Day! Formula was smooth and easy to apply, I wore two coats with topcoat.

Guess the polish! (reveal)
I thought it might be fun to see whether polish aficionados can guess what polish is on my nails, so I posted the following two images on my facebook page with a promise of revealing it in my review.
Can you guess before you scroll down to see?
If you guessed LA Colors Treasure Chest (#800) you're correct!
I purchased this myself at Dollar Tree. Who knew there was a hidden treasure for such a low cost? I've been wearing it for a few days now and so far the wear is great. I used two coats of polish and then put my base coat on top of it and then Clearly On Top from KBShimmer to help smooth the slightly textured surface. Just look how the gold shimmer sparkles and the small glitter kind of hides and then pops out from behind the shimmer! And that base, purple can never go wrong!
And Nail art!! Stamping with VL043 my custom plate, a clear stamper from Aliexpress, and MDU Gold stamping polish. My stamping job is not perfect, but I'm happy with it.
I hope you enjoyed the fun game - did you guess correctly?

Unable to attend Polish Con NYC 2017?
Never fear! The creators and vendors of the event got together and are creating polishes available for sale to everyone before the Con! How cool is that? The releases are done weekly on Sundays at 8am Central.
This week's launch will feature week 6 polishes from Great Lakes Lacquer and Different Dimension.
Heaven From Hell
Baby blue holographic base loaded with iridescent red to green color shifting glitters and a smattering of red flakies. Could not stop looking at my nails, wore it for a week, didn't want to take it off! So much more sparkly and iridescent than my images show. You need to see this one in pereson!
Blue Skies From Pain
A dark slate blue linear holographic with multichrome shifts of purple, blue, red, and gold. Such a changer, shifter, mysterious one! It was difficult catching the shift with my camera, but this polish looked a different color in varied lighting and angles - like magic!
The formula for both was smooth and easy to apply, both opaque in two coats. I used a coat of base over the glitter to help smooth it up. I hope you've enjoyed the review and photos - grab yours Sunday morning after 8am Central over at http://polishconvention.bigcartel.com/products

Unable to attend Polish Con NYC 2017?
Never fear! The creators and vendors of the event got together and are creating polishes available for sale to everyone before the Con! How cool is that? The releases are done weekly on Sundays at 8am Central.
This week's launch will feature week 5 polishes from Cupcake and Glisten & Glow.
Both polishes are inspired by east coast hip hop and will be sold separately but they compliment each other quite well.
Where Brooklyn At?
Bright Pink with purple undertones linear holographic with a dusting of red galaxy microglitters and flashes of purple shimmers. The formula applied evenly; I wore two coats and topcoat.
Hello Brooklyn
Black linear holographic loaded with pink shimmers. The formula applied smoothly; I wore two coats and topcoat.
These two polishes are limited and may sell out during the pre-order, which means they may not be available at Polish Con NYC. If that's not enough of a reason to grab yours quick, the first 80 are available to ship immediately, the rest will be pre-order and ship after the 15th of January.
Links here to my reviews of Week 3 and Week 4 polishes in case you missed those.
