Anne Kathleen: Giblet collection
Anne Kathleen is a new to me brand and when she asked if I'd review for her upcoming sale I was delighted! I always like to show packaging when it's awesome like this - how could I not? It's purple!!
The Giblet collection is launching on the day after Thanksgiving, November 28th and coincides with a big sale she's having! This set is made of browns and golds according to the descriptions from the Anne Kathleen brand. The browns are very warm toned more like a butterscotch and an almost copper to my eyes. The two holos (Oksana and Sana) were opaque in one coat with beautifully even coverage and no pulling or gooping - they're pretty awesome! The other two, Lauda and Thana were opaque in two coats with that same awesome formula.
Sana is a dark brown polish with a scattered holographic fine gold.
Oksana is a medium brown polish with a scattered holographic fine gold.
Lauda is a medium tan-gold shimmery polish with a scattered holographic fine gold.
Thana is a glitter topper chock-full of extremely fine gold holographic pigments that mimic glitter.
I also swatched Thana over black and took a macro shot from two angles so you can see how the coverage is with just one coat. (no topcoat)
Leanne of Anne Kathleen has been awesome to work with! You can get your own AK experience by shopping at the Anne Kathleen online store.
The Giblet collection launches Nov 28 and the sale runs Nov 28 through Dec 1 - use code TURKEYTURKEY for 25% off all orders excluding shipping.

OOhh love those oranges and browns, stunning!
ReplyDeleteAren't they though? I wanted to lick my nails when I put Oksana on, it looks like butterscotch chips like we use in the Seven Layer Bars when we make them. Yum!
